Allow Green Haven Adult Day Program to be
your home away from home!
SERVICES
Green Haven Adult Day Program provides these supervised services:

On-site nursing personnel

Exercise (ie. Walking, stretching, indoor yoga, and Zumba)

Outings (ie. Restaurants, shopping, parks, and recreational facilities)

Activities (ie. Arts and crafts, movies, music therapy, art therapy, board games, reading/quiet area)
Transportation:

An appointed staff member will assist participants to and from the vehicle.

Assisted doctors visits (72-hour advance notice needed)
-
All outings will be sponsored by the Green Haven Adult Day Program van.
Private pay and Medicaid eligible. Contact us for any and all inquiries.
